My Mission

Pilates on the Hudson believes in a centered and balanced body.  In order to achieve this, Pilates on the Hudson will teach you how to:

  • stabilize your core
  • balance your workouts
  • incorporate your entire body during your classes

Pilates IS a full body workout!  I believe that Pilates can help lead to a strong, healthy and more balanced way of life.
